STATEMENT
We at OSET Holidays were greatly saddened by the announcement regarding Citywing ceasing to trade and operate flights out of Gloucestershire Airport to the Isle of Man and Jersey in March 2017.
We were proud of the fact that NONE of our many client’s holidays had to be curtailed following their closure.
As an ATOL Tour Operator, all of of our Air Travel packages are covered by ATOL. We follow ATOL/CAA protocols and in the event of an airline ceasing to trade we will always provide alternative flights to/from the destinations booked for your holiday.
We are still working closely with the management at Gloucestershire Airport to find an alternative operator to replace Citywing to be able to provide scheduled flights and holiday packages from Gloucestershire Airport.
In the meantime, it is Business as Usual – We are still operating holidays to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, utilising the most convenient flights and ferries around the country to suit requirements. For our clients in Gloucestershire, we are providing transfers from Gloucestershire Airport to Birmingham and/or Bristol Airports, so that they can continue to use the Free Parking there, as they have always been able to do.
We offering a Home Pickup option to enable your holiday to start from the moment you leave your home.
